As this Guidance Document contains the best up to date technological knowledge, its conclusions should be reflected in the requirements for LOQs for analytical methods for arsenic set out in Regulation (EC) No 333/2007.(3)Regulation (EC) No 333/2007 should therefore be amended accordingly.(4)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
