Article 1The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation.
Article 2The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 is corrected in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation.
Article 3Foodstuffs listed in the Annex to this Regulation that were lawfully placed on the market before the entry into force of this Regulation may remain on the market until their date of minimum durability or use-by-date.
Article 4This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.ANNEX IIn section 8 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006, entry 8.1 is replaced by the following:
With acceptance from the competent authority, the maximum level does not apply to mustard oil locally produced and consumed."
