That export quota has been removed from Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761 of 17 December 2019 laying down rules for the application of Regulations (EU) No 1306/2013, (EU) No 1308/2013 and (EU) No 510/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the management system of tariff quotas with licences (OJ L 185, 12.6.2020, p. 24, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/regimpl/2020/761/oj). by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/953Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/953 of 12 May 2023 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/761 as regards the rules governing the tariff rate quota for export of milk powder to the Dominican Republic (OJ L 128, 15.5.2023, p. 81, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2023/953/oj).. Therefore, the provisions on that export quota in Regulation (EU) 2020/760 should be deleted.(3)In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2024/244Council Decision (EU) 2024/244 of 27 November 2023 on the conclusion, on behalf of the Union, of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand (OJ L, 2024/244, 28.2.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/244/oj)., the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand ("the Agreement") was concluded on 27 November 2023.(4)The Agreement amends the tariff quotas with order numbers 09.4182 and 09.4195 and introduces a certificate of eligibility to be issued by New Zealand. Those changes should be reflected in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/760.(5)Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/760 should therefore be amended accordingly,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
