Article 1The structured survey on end recipients referred to in Article 23(3) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 shall be carried out in accordance with the template set out in the Annexes.
Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
