Article 11.A definitive countervailing duty is imposed on imports of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss):live weighing 1,2 kg or less each, orfresh, chilled, frozen and/or smoked:in the form of whole fish (with heads on), whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1,2 kg or less each, orwith heads off, whether or not gilled, whether or not gutted, weighing 1 kg or less each, orin the form of fillets weighing 400 g or less each, currently falling under CN codes ex03019190, ex03021180, ex03031490, ex03044290, ex03048290, ex03054300 and ex16041910 (TARIC codes 0301919011, 0302118011, 0303149011, 0304429010, 0304829010, 0305430011 and 1604191011) and originating in Türkiye.2.The rates of the definitive countervailing duty applicable to the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the product described in paragraph 1 and produced by the companies listed below, shall be as follows:

3.Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
