Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Thoroughly rub to distribute liquid evenly and wet clean glove surfaces with product. Do not wipe off and allow to remain wet for a minimum of 1 minute.
