Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/401of 19 December 2018amending Regulation (EU) No 389/2013 establishing a Union Registry(Text with EEA relevance)Article 1In Article 41(4) of Regulation (EU) No 389/2013, the following paragraph is added:"From the day following the one on which both ratification instruments concerning the Withdrawal Agreement have been deposited, allowances created for 2019 and 2020 shall not be identified with a country code if compliance with Directive 2003/87/EC for emissions taking place during these years is required by an agreement setting out arrangements for the withdrawal of such a Member State from the European Union."Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
