Article 1The list of Member States complying for the whole of their territory with the rules for categorisation laid down in Article 2(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/772 is set out in Part 1 of the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2The list of Member States or parts of the territory of Member States complying with the rules for categorisation laid down in Article 2(3) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/772 is set out in Part 2 of the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 3This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.It shall apply from 1 July 2018.
