Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1368of 11 August 2016establishing a list of critical benchmarks used in financial markets pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council(Text with EEA relevance)
Article 1The benchmark set out in the annex shall be considered as being a critical benchmark.
Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirely and directly applicable in all Member States.ANNEX
