Article 11.A definitive anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on imports of steel ropes and cables including locked coil ropes, excluding ropes and cables of stainless steel, with a maximum cross-sectional dimension exceeding 3 mm, currently falling within CN codes ex73121081, ex73121083, ex73121085, ex73121089 and ex73121098 (TARIC codes 7312108111, 7312108112, 7312108113, 7312108119, 7312108311, 7312108312, 7312108313, 7312108319, 7312108511, 7312108512, 7312108513, 7312108519, 7312108911, 7312108912, 7312108913, 7312108919, 7312109811, 7312109812, 7312109813 and 7312109819) and originating in the People’s Republic of China and Ukraine.2.The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the CIF net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty, of the product described in paragraph 1 and originating in the People’s Republic of China shall be 60,4 %.3.The rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to the CIF net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty of the product described in paragraph one and originating in Ukraine shall be as follows:

The application of the individual duty rates specified for the company mentioned in the table above shall be conditional upon presentation to the customs authorities of the Member States of a valid commercial invoice, on which must appear a declaration dated and signed by an official of the entity issuing such invoice, identified by his/her name and function, drafted as follows: "I, the undersigned, certify that the (volume) of steel ropes and cables sold for export to the European Union covered by this invoice was manufactured by (company name and address) (TARIC additional code) in the Ukraine. I declare that the information provided in this invoice is complete and correct." If no such invoice is presented, the duty rate applicable to "all other companies" shall apply.4.The definitive anti-dumping duty applicable to imports originating in the People’s Republic of China, as set out in paragraph 2, is hereby extended to imports of the same steel ropes and cables consigned from Morocco, whether declared as originating in Morocco or not (TARIC codes 7312108112, 7312108312, 7312108512, 7312108912 and 7312109812) with the exception of those produced by Remer Maroc SARL, Zone Industrielle, Tranche 2, Lot 10, Settat, Morocco (TARIC additional code A567) and to imports of the same steel ropes and cables consigned from the Republic of Korea, whether declared as originating in the Republic of Korea or not (TARIC codes 7312108113, 7312108313, 7312108513, 7312108913 and 7312109813), with the exception of those produced by the companies listed belowThe conditions provided in Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 400/2010 apply to the companies hereby listed.:

Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
