Regulation as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 541/2008 (OJ L 157, 17.6.2008, p. 23)., and in particular point 4 of Annex XIII thereof,Whereas:(1)The European Community has, since 1981, been a Party to the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the North-East Atlantic FisheriesOJ L 227, 12.8.1981, p. 21..(2)In March 2008 the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC) made a recommendation to amend the list of vessels that have been confirmed as having engaged in illegal, unreported and unregulated fisheries. Implementation of the recommendation in the Community legal order should be ensured.(3)Regulation (EC) No 40/2008 should therefore be amended accordingly,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
