Commission Regulation (EC) No 1518/2007of 19 December 2007opening and providing for the administration of a tariff quota for vermouthArticle 1An annual tariff rate quota (order number 09.0098) of 13810 hl (all third countries except the United Kingdom) is opened for the release for free circulation in the Community of vermouth and other wine of fresh grapes flavoured with plants or aromatic substances, of an actual alcoholic strength by volume of 18 % vol or less, in containers holding more than 2 litres, tariff item number 22059010, in quota rate 7 EUR/hl.Article 2The annual tariff quota referred to in Article 1 shall be administered by the Commission in accordance with Articles 308a, 308b and 308c of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93.Article 3This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.It shall apply from 1 January 2007.This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
