Regulation as amended by Regulation (EC) No 2535/95 (OJ L 260, 31.10.1995, p. 3)., and in particular Article 6 thereof,Whereas:(1)Following the enlargement of the Community on 1 January 1995 and 1 May 2004, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3149/92OJ L 313, 30.10.1992, p. 50. Regulation as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 133/2006 (OJ L 23, 27.1.2006, p. 11). was not adapted to include entries in the languages of the new Member States joining the Community on those dates. Entries in the languages concerned should be added.(2)In order to ensure consistency with Commission Regulation (EC) No 208/2007See page 19 of this Official Journal., which adapts Regulation (EEC) No 3149/92 following the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union, this Regulation should apply from 1 January 2007.(3)Regulation (EEC) No 3149/92 should therefore be amended.(4)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
