Regulation as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1574/2005 (OJ L 253, 29.9.2005, p. 11)., and in particular Article 20 thereof,Whereas:(1)Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 provides for the amending of the list of participants in the Kimberley Process certification scheme in Annex II.(2)The Chair of the Kimberley Process certification scheme, through his Chair’s Notice of 13 September 2006, has decided to add New Zealand to the list of Participants as of 20 September 2006. Annex II should therefore be amended accordingly,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
