These refunds have been last amended by Regulation (EC) No 165/2006OJ L 26, 31.1.2006, p. 11..(2)Since the information at present available to the Commission is different to that available to it at the time Regulation (EC) No 94/2006 was adopted, these refunds should be amended,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
