Regulation as last amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 374/2005 (OJ L 59, 5.3.2005, p. 1)., and in particular Article 9 thereof,Whereas:(1)Commission Regulation (EC) No 1789/2003 of 11 September 2003 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs TariffOJ L 281, 30.10.2003, p. 1., made changes to the combined nomenclature codes for certain fishery products covered by Regulation (EC) No 2007/2000.(2)Commission Regulation (EC) No 1810/2004 of 7 September 2004 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs TariffOJ L 327, 30.10.2004, p. 1., made changes to the combined nomenclature codes for certain wine products covered by Regulation (EC) No 2007/2000.(3)For clarity reasons, Regulation (EC) No 2007/2000 should be adjusted accordingly.(4)The adjustments to the combined nomenclature codes should apply accordingly from the dates of entry into force of Regulations (EC) No 1789/2003 — from 1 January 2004 — and (EC) No 1810/2004 — from 1 January 2005.(5)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Customs Code Committee,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
