Article 11.By way of derogation from Article 4(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1279/98, applications for import licences for the period from the entry into force of the present Regulation until 31 December 2005 shall be lodged during the first ten working days following the date of publication of this Regulation in the Official Journal of the European Union but before 13:00, Brussels time, on the 10th working day.2.Licence applications submitted during the first 10 days of July 2005 in accordance with Article 4(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1279/98 shall be counted as applications under paragraph 1.3.Annexes I and II of Regulation (EC) No 1279/98 are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.It shall apply from 1 August 2005.
