the dumping margins established were more than de minimis for all countries concerned;the volume of imports from each country and corresponding market shares were not negligible when compared to Community consumption; the product concerned imported from the countries concerned was largely interchangeable; the prices of the imports followed largely the same trend; an analysis of the conditions of competition between imported REWS and the like products indicates that all REWS are sold with a similar pricing policy to the same level of customers.
