Commission Regulation (EC) No 1726/1999of 27 July 1999Implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 530/1999OJ L 63, 12.3.1999, p. 6. concerning structural statistics on earnings and on labour costs as regards the definition and transmission of information on labour costs THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 530/1999OJ L 63, 12.3.1999, p. 6. of 9 March 1999 concerning structural statistics on earnings and on labour costs and in particular Article 11 thereof,(1)Whereas, in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 530/99 implementing measures are necessary concerning the definition and breakdown of the information to be provided and the appropriate technical format for the transmission of the results;(2)Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion delivered by the Statistical Programme Committee established by Council Decision 89/382/EEC, EuratomOJ L 181, 28.6.1989, p. 47.,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
