Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1639/90 of 15 June 1990 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on dresses, blouses and shirt-blouses of silk or of noil or of other waste silk, of textile fabric, products of category 159 (order No 42.1590), originating in China, to which the preferential tariffa arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3897/89 apply
