COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2802/85

amending Regulation (EEC) No 991/79 as regards the tables relating to basic statistical surveys of areas under vines

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 357/79 of 5 February 1979 on statistical surveys of areas under vines (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3719/81 (2) and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof,

Whereas pursuant to Article 4 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 357/79 the Member States are to submit the results of the basic surveys in the form of a schedule of tables to be adopted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 8 of the said Regulation;

Whereas this schedule of tables was prescribed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 991/79 (3) and whereas this schedule should be adapted following the Accession of Greece;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee for Agricultural Statistics and of the Management Committee for Wine,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Sole Article

Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 991/79 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
