Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 2290/77of 18 October 1977determining the emoluments of the members of the Court of Auditors THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, and in particular Article 78e thereof,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 206 thereof,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article 180 thereof,Having regard to the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Communities applicable to the members of the Court of Auditors by virtue of the said Articles 206, 78e and 180,Whereas it is for the Council to determine the salaries, allowances and pensions of members of the Court of Auditors, together with any payment to be made instead of remuneration,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
