For the sake of clarity, it is appropriate to replace the whole Annex to that Implementing Regulation.(4)To prevent the placing of the feed additive red quebracho extract from Schinopsis lorentzii (Griseb.) Engl. on the market, which could result from the error in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2846, this Regulation should enter into force as a matter of urgency.(5)To preserve the legitimate expectations of the feed business operators created by the erroneous authorisation of the feed additive red quebracho extract from Schinopsis lorentzii (Griseb.) Engl., a short transitional period should be provided to allow those operators to adapt to the correction introduced by this Regulation.(6)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on Plants, Animals, Food and Feed,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
