The other language versions are not affected.(3)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 19(1) of Directive 2009/125/EC,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
