("the re-opening Notice"), to partially re-open the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings, of malleable cast iron, that led to the adoption of the anti-dumping Regulation at issue and to resume it at the point at which the irregularity occurred. The re-opening is limited in scope to the implementation of the judgment of the General Court with regard to Jinan Meide.
