(a) complete the relevant entries of Part II of the CED; (b) join the results of sampling and analysis carried out in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article; (c) provide and fill the CED reference number on the CED; (d) stamp and sign the original of the CED; (e) make and retain a copy of the signed and stamped CED.
