Article 1Candidates for substitutionActive substances included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC which fulfil the criteria set out in point 4 of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 shall be as set out in the list in the Annex to this Regulation.The first paragraph shall also apply to active substances approved under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 pursuant to the transitional measures of Article 80(1).
Article 2Transitional measuresArticle 1 and the Annex shall not apply to applications for the authorisation of plant protection products submitted before 1 August 2015.
Article 3Entry into forceThis Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
