(a) an import licence issued in accordance with Articles 4 and 5, and (b) a certificate of authenticity issued in accordance with Article 6.
(a) section 8 of licence applications and licences must show the country of origin and the mention "yes" shall be marked by a cross. Licences shall be subject to the obligation to import from the country in question; (b) section 20 of licence applications and licences must contain one of the entries listed in Annex I.
