Regulation as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 735/2007 (OJ L 169, 29.6.2007, p. 6)., and in particular Article 6 thereof,Whereas:(1)Commission Regulation (EC) No 712/2007OJ L 163, 23.6.2007, p. 7. Regulation as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 957/2007 (OJ L 211, 11.8.2007, p. 3). opened standing invitations to tender for the resale on the Community market of cereals held by the intervention agencies of the Member States. Annex I to this Regulation provides for 29244 tonnes of common wheat held by the Hungarian intervention agency.(2)In their weekly communication pursuant to Article 11a of Commission Regulation (EC) No 824/2000 of 19 April 2000 establishing procedures for the taking over of cereals by intervention agencies and laying down methods of analysis for determining the quality of cerealsOJ L 100, 20.4.2000, p. 31. Regulation as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 883/2007 (OJ L 195, 27.7.2007, p. 3)., the Hungarian authorities reported a loss of 742 tonnes of common wheat.(3)Commission Regulation (EC) No 1539/2006 of 13 October 2006 adopting a plan allocating resources to the Member States to be charged against 2007 budget year for the supply of food from intervention stocks for the benefit of the most deprived persons in the CommunityOJ L 283, 14.10.2006, p. 14. Regulation as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 937/2007 (OJ L 206, 7.8.2007, p. 5). lays down, amongst other things, the quantity of each type of product to be withdrawn from the stocks held by the intervention agencies. These quantities include, as stated in point 10 of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1539/2006 and in the form of authorised intra-Community transfers, 3610 tonnes of common wheat held by the Hungarian intervention agencies destined for Slovenia. In order to organise the complete transfer the Hungarian authorities need to recover 1000 tonnes of common wheat currently included in the invitation to tender covered by Regulation (EC) No 712/2007.(4)Regulation (EC) No 712/2007 should be amended accordingly.(5)The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
Article 1Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 712/2007 is hereby replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.Article 2This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.Done at Brussels, 11 September 2007.For the CommissionMariann Fischer BoelMember of the CommissionANNEX"ANNEX I
