Commission Regulation (EC) No 1377/2006of 18 September 2006amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishmentTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 of 27 June 2005 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishmentOJ L 200, 30.7.2005, p. 1., and in particular Article 12(1) thereof,Whereas:(1)Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 lists the competent authorities to which specific functions related to the implementation of that Regulation are attributed.(2)The Netherlands and the United Kingdom have requested that the information concerning their competent authorities be added and amended, respectively. The address of the Commission should also be amended,HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
