Article 1In Article 52 of Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following:"4.For a refund to be granted on goods falling within CN codes 04031051 to 04031099, 04039071 to 04039099, 04052010, 04052030, 21050099, 35021190 and 35021990 the goods shall meet the relevant requirements of Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the CouncilOJ L 139, 30.4.2004, p. 1.
