(a) the prices in the Community referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined taking account of the prices prevailing which prove to be the most favourable as regards export; (b) the prices on the world market referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined taking account in particular of: the prices on third-country markets, the most favourable prices in third countries of destination for third-country imports, producer prices recorded in exporting third countries, account being taken, where appropriate, of subsidies granted by those countries, free-at-frontier offer prices.
