COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2375/91 of 5 August 1991 amending for the thirteenth time Regulation (EEC) No 646/86 fixing the export refunds on wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 822/87 of 16 March 1987 on the common organization of the market in wine (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1734/91 (2), and in particular Article 56 (4) thereof,

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 646/86 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2101/91 (4), fixed the export refunds on wine; whereas account should be taken of the special trend in prices on the Spanish market for wine sector products following the application of the rules on the alignment and compensation of prices provided for in the Act of Accession; whereas the Regulation in question should be amended accordingly;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Wine,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 646/86 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
