Article 1For wine of fresh grapes falling within CN code ex220429, as mentioned below, put up in containers of a content exceeding two litres, originating in the following countries and within the limits of the quantities allocated to each country, the fixing of any special frontier price in accordance with the Protocols concluded with those countries and in compliance with the conditions, shall be carried out by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 83 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 822/87OJ No L 84, 27. 3. 1987, p. 1.:(a)wine of fresh grapes of an actual alcoholic strength not exceeding 15 % vol

Article 2For 1990 and each following marketing year, any adjustment of the entry price for the fruit and vegetables listed below and originating in one of the countries indicated below, in order to maintain traditional trade flows in the context of enlargement, shall be carried out by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 33 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72OJ No L 118, 20. 5. 1972, p. 1. on the basis of the statistical review and all the relevant factors provided for in the Protocol concluded with the country concerned and in compliance with the conditions and quantities laid down in that Protocol:

Article 3This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
